Does J.E Spa & Salon accommodate late arrivals?
We suggest that you contact us that you will be late and if you haven't contact us within 15 minutes of your appointment time there will be an automatic reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty.
Can I bring my child(s) during my appointment?
